Abstract

Initially the head (2) is made by moulding in a material hard and resistant and includes the usual wrist cord (3). This head is joined to a cylindrical extension (2a) whose other diameter is equal to the internal diameter of the ski stick (1). The cylindrical extension has a collar (2b) protruding from it and an annular groove (2c). The head is introduced into the ski stick as far as the collar and then a layer of supple synthetic material (4) is cast on this to form the handle, leaving the head free and covering the top part of the stick.
