Abstract

The hollow rod (8) has its outer end closed by a plug and a fixing eye (11). The other end has an outer ring (9) welded on, forming a piston, and is grooved for a sealing ring (10) between it and the outer cylinder (1) in which it operates. This cylinder has the end opposite to the piston fitted with an inner ring (2) and seals (3, 4), forming a leakproof joint. The other end has a plug (5) to which is welded another fixing eye (7). A boss (12) on this plug enters the hollow rod (13), providing a buffer at the end of the stroke. Inlets and outlets are fitted.
