Abstract

1,189,530. Bearings. MEKANPRODUKTER HANS HOLM A.B. 5 July, 1967 [7 July, 1966], No. 30941/67. Heading F2A. A bearing sleeve of resilient material has an end flange 4 and a passage-way formed by an opening 6 in the sleeve communicating with a recess through the flange. The sleeve supports a piston-rod (12), Fig. 2 (not shown), in an end wall (8) of a cylinder, flange 4 acting as a seal between the end wall (8) and cylinder jacket (10), and the passage-way providing communication between the cylinder and an inlet or outlet (14). An annular projection 5 on flange 4 damps the stroke of the piston. The sleeve is of plastics material.
