Abstract

A car seat harness consists of two lateral, adjustable, belts (1, 2) from the high part of the seat back to the rear of the seat, and a horizontal belt (10) in two parts joined in the centre by a fixing (12). The belts are about 7 cms. wide. Changing the harness is easy, each end having a snap hook (3) and a ring (4). On the front of each belt (1, 2) are press studs (5 to 9) about five centimetres apart. The horizontal belt (10) is folded over at both ends for buckles (11) traversed by the lateral belts. The press studs are used for adjusting the height of the horizontal belt.
