Abstract

Oscillating motor with a pison reciprocated by a pressure medium, which has internal and external threads which engage in an internal thread on the motor housing or an external thread on a motor shaft such that on moving the piston there is an additive superimposing relative rotation between the motor housing and the piston on one side and between the piston and the motor shaft on the other side. The piston has an internally and externally threaded casing and loose, similar piston rings, at its ends. Each of these rings is fitted in a cylinder section between a cylindrical housing wall and a cylindrical section of the motor shaft.
