Abstract

The aircraft has a pair of conventional wings arranged one on either side of the fuselage for generating lift. Canard wings with pronounced anhedral are mounted on the nose of the aircraft to form an inverted V-shape and twin tail fins are dihedrally arranged at the tail of the aircraft to form an upwardly diverging V. An electrical control circuit trims the canards and the tail fins in response to measured deviations of the aircraft from the demanded path thereby controlling pitch and yaw and correcting the path stability of the aircraft.
