Abstract

The union on the neck of the bottle is connected by snapping into engagement, but is detached merely by manual release of a bolt. There is a safety catch actuated by the single bottle manipulation device either preventing or allowing release of the bolt. The catch is solidly secured to a finger, working in conjunction with a cam on the manipulation device, so as to bring the catch into one or the other position. The manipulating device can be in the form of a handle with a first set of cams actuating the controls of the two valves in the assembly in the neck of the bottle and there is a second cam working with catch finger.
