Abstract

The cage is particularly for use by veterinary surgeons when treating cats. A mobile partition can be secured in any desired position between the two end walls, and means for holding the lid shut are also included. The walls, the lid and the movable partition can all be of stainless steel bars, the frame bars being of 5mm diameter and the grille bars of 4mm diameter. The floor can be of perforated steel sheet, and the gap between the bars can be 7mm. The partition can be moved by two hinged handles on opposite sides, the horizontal parts of the handles forming notches engaging with the bars to lock the partition in place.
