Abstract

A hydraulic suspension system for the four wheels of a vehicle, includes a piston for each wheel, maintained at a predetermined height by a set of control valves, two (29, 30) for the front wheels and two (31, 32) for the rear wheels, interconnected with a pair of pressure accumulators (43, 61) and a control valve (47) communicating with a pump (46) driven by the engine (M) and including a set of relief valves (38 to 41) connected to the chambers behind the pistons, and also a set of pressure accumulators (13 to 16) mounted on the ends of the chambers behind the pistons.
