Abstract
Inlet (A1) is connected to cryogenic reservoir and outlet (A2) is connected to the load while outlet (A3) is connected to the vapour phase of the load. Working pressure is regulated by the screw (7) and the spring (5) pressing down on diaphragm (1) until a stop ring (8) rests on valve body (20), when there is direct connection for liquid between reservoir inlet (A1) and load outlet (A2). Should the required working pressure be exceede the diaphragm (1) is pushed up until the upper disc (4) contacts fixed ring (9) when the exit to outlet (A2) is closed and the central valve (10) is opened and the excess pressure gas flows to outlet (A3).
