Abstract

The valve body is movable in an axial direction and has an extension reaching into the outlet pipe, which consists of an elastic hose, on whose outer surface is an operating device to lift the valve body from the valve seat, which is in permanent contact with the elastic hose and which via this, acts upon the extension of the valve body. The operating device consists of a non-circular ring which narrows the cross-section of the hose in at least two places whilst leaving internal fluid passages and which may be slid along the hose into contact with the extension of the valve body which is then lifted from the seat.
