Abstract

A disposable plastic container, blow-moulded in one piece with its neck and hermetically sealed by a permanently fixed stopper, is weakened in section at points on its neck, which may have bridging stiffeners, during the moulding process. If the body of the bottle or flask is held firmly on one hand the top can easily be twisted off, and the stopper re-used until the contents are exhausted.
