Abstract

A multiple outlet piston pump with a piston (5) which forces liquid from a common character (14) through a set of outlets each with a non return valve portin (16a) and a spring loaded piston (17a) at its outlet (19a) connected to a point of operation (22a) has the end of the piston (15a) controlled by an electro magnet (18a). The main pump drive (6) also drives a pulse generator connected to a set of gates, a pulse shaper and a set of amplifiers to operate the set of electromagnets which actuate the spring loaded pistons (17a, b, c). By connecting a programming device to the set of gates, the outlets of pumps can be controlled in any desired sequential manner.
