Abstract

The blocks used to position clamps of different heights have a degree of precision which enable the correct positioning of the clamp between block and part to be fastened. Each of the two blocks, which fit together, has two surfaces forming an obtuse angle. Opposite to these surfaces, at 45 deg., are notches with a 90 deg. angle whose diagonal is perpendicular to the 45 deg. surface. The heights of these notches, in relation to the surfaces, vary. Due to the symmetry of the notches and to their dimensions, they fit into each other and enable different and precise positioning heights.
