Abstract

Safety fastener embodies drilled female block (B) and male pins (C1, C2) fixed typically to each bracelet end (L), the pins sliding into the holes (B1, B2) for fastening, and being locked in position by a transverse rotating key (P). Both male and key pins are notches (P1, C, etc), a 90 deg. rotation of the key causing the backs of its notched portions to lodge in the nothces of the male pins to effect the interlocking. Two male pins (C1, C2) are illustrated sligning longitudinally with the bracelet and the key pin retuns L fashion foming a head (V) which recesses (R) and friction lodges into the block when in the closed station.
