Abstract

Fuel regulation based on the temp. of the exhaust gasses. A sensor in the exhaust controls a regulator controlling the press. of compressed air in the line from the turbo-compressor, which in turn regulates the fuel supply. If temps. rise in the exhaust, this will cause counter press. to a special valve and this will result in an escape of compressed air and subsequent reduction of fuel supply. The sensor comprises a tube in which a spring loaded piston moves which at the bottom is connected to a bent leaf spring with valve plate controlling a capillary aperture.
