Abstract

Display panel is made up from a number of similar strips (1A) each having on its front face several slots (2) arranged parallel to the longest side of the panel. The slots are designed to receive and hold press fit fixing studs of rigns or alphanumeric characters (10) which are to be displayed. The outer strips of the panel have means of connection (4) along the longest edge of the panel which permits the interconnection of one or several panels. The sections of the slots (2) may be of a round or trapezoidal form. The means of connection (4) have portions (5, 6) which project from the rear face of the strip (1A) and have complementary rib-slot arrangements located perpendicularly to the panel slots.
