Abstract

The purpose is to supply water to plants in drops, the dispensers being inserted into the pipes of an irrigation system. The dispenser is produced in a one piece plastic moulding, with a generally tubular shape. It is divided in two parts by a circular protrusion. The tube is inserted into the piping of the irrigation system, the input end being conical and provided with notches to ensure its retention by the pipe. The output side bears, externally, a square section thread, which cannot be blocked up by the material of the pipe because of its shape, and which is also fitted into the pipe. Water pressing into the input side flows through the dispenser and out to the soil via the screw threads.
