Abstract

Packaging such as paper or plastic bags comprising at least two sheets joined around three boundaries, where a label is placed in the bag and isolated from the rest of the enclosure by an ancillary seam. The seam isolating the label may run at any angle w.r.t. the base of the packet. For paper bags, the seam may be adhesive, for plastic bags pref. of polyethylene, the seam is pref. heatsealed. Pref. the bag is at least partly transparent to expose the enclosed label. The label pocket may be detachable.
