793,524. Packaging. DECKERS, J. May 4, 1954 [June 30, 1953; Dec. 30, 1953], No. 12867/54. Class 94(1). A package for pharmaceutical or other small articles comprises an outer cover and separate transparent inner pockets formed of sheets of thermoplastic material secured at their edges with the articles sandwiched between them, the package being arranged to fold to wallet form with the pockets attached by an edge to the fold. The article containing spaces may be subdivided by lines of heat sealing to form individual compartments and/or a pocket may comprise foldable sections as at 14, 15. The pockets may be shaped or notched as at 13, to facilitate tearing open. Tearing wires may be incorporated. The outer cover may be of two thicknesses enclosing contents between them. The pockets may be sealed by heat or by adhesive tape which is readily removeable to give access to the contents.
