Abstract
Voltage dependent resistance esp. a varistor, consists of (1) a sintered body contg. ZnO at the main component esp. (mole %) 99.4-72.0 ZnO, together with 0.1-3.0 Bi2O3, 0.05-3.0 Sb2O3, and 0.1-3.0 CrF3, and (2) electrodes placed on opposite sides of the sintered body. High n-value even in a current range above 10A/cm2. High dissipation power of the impact energy.
