Abstract

A texturising machine feeds yarns into a rotating chamber, where it is texturised, and out through take off rollers onto a package. The chamber has a stationary upper part, with a rotating lower part. The inside of the lower has internally cut teeth on it. The yarn is blown onto this by a hot or cold medium as it rotates. The lower part of the chamber can be heated.
