Abstract

The pressing disc for press forming of easily deformable alloys comprises a punch with a threaded end over which is threaded the inner component similar to a box nut of the disc. This has a circumferential thread at its end, over which is screwed a cylindrical nut. The latter is elastically deformed during the working stroke when it maintains its cylindrical circumferential shape. The tooling is used for forming of metal sections. The design permits 10-12% increase in permissible loading and the service life is doubled.
