Abstract
Process for silver plating a metal or metallised workpiece comprises placing the workpiece in an electrolytic bath traversed by an electric current and continuously varying the current intensity, i.e. its density at each point of the workpiece, throughout the silver plating process. The process is partic. useful in forming integrated electronic circuit support surfaces and waveguides with an organized structure deposit suitable for chemical or electrolytic passivation.
