Abstract
Paving slabs made by moulding a mixt of 26-28% of white or grey cement, 6% epoxy resin, 10% water, and 54-56% of aggregate. Pref. the mixt. also contains a water-proofing addivie and/or =4% wt. on cement of a mineral colourant. Pref. the mixt. is cast into vibrating moulds predried at 25-45 degrees C and cured for ca. 23 days at ambient temps. Pref. the moulds are of formed thermoplastic sheeting. For mfr. of thin slabs which are relatively light and tough to handle and free from cement rich zone susceptible to damage by damp.
