Abstract

Flat laminated product is produced by placing a random layer of cellulose fibres on >=1 side of a flexible plastic film pref. low densitypolyethyelene, and bonding together the adjacent layer surfaces only at separated places by an adhesive or welding joint. Product is used in disposable undergarments, bed linen for hotels and hospitals and for surgical and hygienic purposes. The product has good droping characteristics and a handle resembling textiles.
