Abstract

An insulated passage for an electrical conductor through a wall comprises an elastic element attached at one end to the wall and at the other to a first intermediate part. This is connected by an insulating element pref. g.f.r. resin to a second intermediate part, which is connected to the conductor. All connections are tight and the insulating element is in two parts: one contacting the outer surfaces of the intermediate parts and the other the conductor. Specifically, the intermediate parts and the elastic element are of stainless steel and the latter is connected to the wall by a bellows.
