Abstract

A machine for the continuous prodn and reduction to a small volume of articles such as gloves from heat weld able film in folded or tube form, consists of a conveyor which passes the film through cutting, welding and grouping stations at which the article are gathered in pairs, and passed to a further conveyor which delivers them to folding and reeling stations and then to transfer cells adapted to receive envelopes formed from plastic film and to push the folded articles into the envelopes and flatten them.
