Abstract

The thermal dry decalcomania for porcelain etc. has on a base layer a decalcomania coating of uniform distribution. The latter is provided with a smooth film layer on which the decor is applied by printing. The melting point of the decalcomania and the softening region of the film are selected to achieve rapid loosening of the base layer and good applicability of the film with the decor layer. The decor layer adheres only by the film layer without additional adhesives.
