Abstract

Prodn. of polyurethane foam mouldings having coloured surfaces, by coating the mould with a soln. (pref. contg. polyester diisocyanates, and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer) in volatile solvent. evaporating most of the solvent, and moulding the foam articles; the mixture contg. a pigment and forming a skin adhering to the moulding but not to the mould. The moulding may be fo any colour, including black, and a mould release agent is not required.
