Incorporating additives to fat emulsion foods esp dairy products Process comprises dissolving, dispersing or producing an emulsion of the additives in a fat or oil which has been extracted from the food product and then reemulsifying the fat or oil into the food product. Pref. additives are flavourings and e.g. spices, and anhydrous powdered fruit.
