Abstract
The pipe is formed by two sections, with the hot part producing the evaporation of the working medium, and the second one ensuring vapour condensation. The two sections are linked into a closed loop with condensate drawn out by capillaries. The heat transfer of the pipe is a step function of temperature, and its outer surface is made up by a heat insulating material with ends of a thermally conductive material. The fluid should exhibit a large pressure change within the working temp. range.
