Abstract

Dispenser which draws tape between a pair of rolls which are driven by a spring loaded handle having swinging arms which engage spigots protruding from the end faces of the feed rolls. Pref. a blade cuts off standard lengths of the handle is moved suffciiently. Pref. at least one of the feed rolls is made of a resilient material, specifically polyamide. General purpose dispenser for plastic or paper tapes, strip sachet packs etc.
