Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för stränggjutning av tunna valsäm-nen eller runda tackor med en strängtjocklek av 8 - 40 mm 5 av kopparlegeringar som under stelningen är benägna tili utskiljning, speciellt koppar-nickel-tennlegeringar, kännetecknat av att den inuti kokillen befint-liga smältan omröres elektromagnetiskt, varvid omrörarspo-len är sä dimensionerad att omrörareffekten i smältan upp-10 gär tili cirka 0,5 - 100 W/cm3, och att avdragningshas- tigheten för gjutsträngen ligger inom omrädet 0,05 - 1,3 m/min.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att omrörareffekten uppgär tili 5-70
15 W/cm3, och avdragningshastigheten för gjutsträngen tili 0,2 - 0,7 m/min.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av en relativ rörelse mellan gjutsträngen och kokillen med en framätgäende rörelse av gjutsträn- 20 gen inom omrädet 0,5 - 30 mm, väri gjutsträngen avdrages intermittent eller i ett "skjut-drag"-förfarande.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av användningen av en oscillerande ko-kill, varvid lyfthöjden för kokillrörelsen ligger inom om- 25 rädet 0,5 - 30 mm.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att gjutsträngen kyles extra omedelbart vid utträdet ur kokillen.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, 30 kännetecknat av att formhälrummet i kokillen är inklätt med grafit.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att kopparbaslegeringen bestär av 2 - 40%, företrädesvis 9 - 18% nickel, och 2 - 18%, före-35 trädesvis 5 - 10% tenn, och resten koppar innefattande 97109 läga desoxidations- och bearbetningstillsatser säväl som tillfälliga föroreningar.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e -tecknat av att kopparbaslegeringen bestär av 5 - 5 18%, företrädesvis 8 - 12% tenn, resten koppar inklusive läga desoxidations- och bearbetningstillsatser, säväl som tillfälliga föroreningar.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 7 eller 8, kännetecknatav att kopparbaslegeringen 10 utöver kopparen innehäller ytterligare upp tili maximalt 1% av ätminstone ett av grundämnena ur gruppen järn, ko-bolt, mangan, zink, zirkonium, krom, molybden och niob. ♦
