Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för bestämning av aminoterminal pro-kollagenpeptid (typ III) immunologiskt med hjälp av anti- 5 kroppar, kännetecknat därav, att a) djur immuniseras med en peptid med sekvensen I-C-E-S-C-P-T-G-G-Q-N-Y-S-P 10 vilken bundits vid ett immunogent protein, b) antikroppar som reagerar med intakt aminoterminal prokollagenpeptid (typ III) tas tillavara ur serumet ooh c) mängden av aminoterminal prokollagenpeptid (typ 15 HI) och/eller prokollagen (typ III) bestäms medelst det bildade antigen - antikropp -komplexet.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att peptiden bundits vid hemocyanin, albumin eller polylysin. 20 3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kän netecknat därav, att man immuniserar gnagare, getter, lamm eller kaniner.
4. Antikropp för immunologisk bestämning av aminoterminal prokollagenpeptid (typ III), känneteck-*: 25 n a d därav, att den reagerar med intakt aminoterminal prokollagenpeptid (typ III) och/eller intakt prokollagen (typ III) men inte med Col 1 eller nedbrytningsprodukter av aminoterminal prokollagenpeptid (typ III), vilka har samma molekylvikt som Col 1 -fragmentet, och kan fäs genom 30 att immunicera djur med en peptid med sekvensen I-C-E-S-C-P-T-G-G-Q-N-Y-S-P vilken bundits vid ett immunogent protein. 10 95579
5. Antikropp enligt patentkrav 4, kanne- t e c k n a d därav, att peptiden bundits vid hemocyanin, albumin eller polylysin.
6. Antikropp enligt patentkrav 4 eller 5, k ä n - 5 netecknad därav, att man immuniserar gnagare, getter, lamm eller kaniner.
7. Förening, kännetecknad därav, att den bestär av en peptid med sekvensen
10 I-C-E-S-C-P-T-G-G-Q-N-Y-S-P vilken bundits vid ett immunogent protein, fördelaktigt hemocyanin, albumin eller polylysin.
