Claims (9)
1. Förfarande for oxidering av bitumen eller motsvarande, kännetecknat därav, att oxideringen sker genom att leda en matningsström av bitumen eller motsva-5 rande samt en luftström eller annat gasformigt oxidationsmedel uppvärmda och under tryck till en reaktor, som utgörs av en s.k. roterande anordning av homogenisatortyp och i vilken reaktor dess rotor-stator-organ ästadkommer en sä kraftig turbulens att de matade ämnena väsentligen helt dispergeras till en gas-vätska dispersion. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att dröjtiden av oxidationsmedel-bitumen-reaktom är under 10 s.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att bitumen eller motsvarande oxideras med luft eller motsvarande i ett volymförhällande pä 15 2/1 - 1/50 under det att reaktom är trycksatt.
* 4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att övertrycket i reaktom är sä högt som möjligt, fördelaktigt > 6 bar, mera fördelaktigt > 20 bar. 20
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att ‘ temperaturen i reaktom är 150-300°C, fördelaktigt 180-240°C.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att 25 oxideringen sker i en reaktor, där reaktorvolymen är < 1/100 i förhällande tili volymmängden matad vätska / h. * «
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att oxideringen sker i en reaktor där rotoms omkretshastighet är 1-100 m/s, fördelaktigt 30 10-100 m/s. 94423
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att matningen sker tili reaktoms yttre omkrets.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att 5 matningen sker till mitten av reaktom.
