SEKOITIN ASEPTISIA TARKOITUKSIA VÅRTENMIXER FOR ASEPTIC PURPOSES

Keksinnon kohteena on aseptisia tarkoituksia vårten oleva sekoitin, joka on pyoritettåvå ennaltamaå-5 råttyyn pyorimissuuntaan induktiivisella kayttolait-teella, sailiosså steriilien nesteiden sekoittamiseksi ja hammentåmiseksi ja kasittåen useita sekoittimen ulkopinnalle sijoitettuja radiaalisesti suuntautuvia sekoituslevyja seka tamån sisapuolelle jarjestetyn 10 elimen laakeroimaan sekoitin sailioseinåan.The invention relates to a mixer for aseptic purposes, which is to be rotated in a predetermined direction of rotation by an inductive drive device, in a tank for mixing and agitating sterile liquids.

On tunnettua sekoittaa suljetun astian si-saltamaa nestetta magneettisella kytkennalla ulkopuo-lisen pydrivan kayttolaitteen ja kokonaan erillisen sisapuolisen sekoittimen valilla (katso esim. US-42092-15 59). It is known to stir the liquid contained in a closed vessel by magnetic coupling between an external hydrating actuator and a completely separate internal stirrer (see e.g. US-42092-1559). At the same time, it is a known problem to clean and sterilize the inside of the mixer vessel. It has been proposed to provide the mixer with radial channels which allow the cleaning liquid / e.g. water or superheated steam to penetrate the inner surfaces of the mixer 20 and pass through its bearing members.

Kuitenkin voidaan todella tehokas sterilisoin-ti tavallisesti suorittaa vain suhteellisen pitkåån kestavallM puhdistusjaksolla. However, truly effective sterilization can usually only be performed with a relatively long sustained purification period.

Keksinnon tarkoituksena on taten tuoda esiin 25 sekoitin, jolla on merkittåvasti parantunut itsepuhdis-tuskyky niin, etta sterilisointi hdyrylia tai muulla nesteelia voi tapahtua olennaisesti lyhyemmasså ajassa. It is an object of the invention to provide a mixer which has a significantly improved self-cleaning capacity so that sterilization with hydryl or other liquid can take place in a substantially shorter time.

Taman vuoksi keksinnon mukaiselle sekoittimel-le on ominaista lapivirtauskanavat, jotka ulottuvat 30 sekoittimen sisaita ulospain pyorimisakselista suuauk-koihin, jotka on sijoitettu sekoittimen ulkosivulle lahelle edella olevaa levya katsottuna mainitussa pyo-rimissuunnassa niin, etta puhdistusneste voidaan imea kanavien lapi levyn takasivulla vaikuttavan alipaineen 35 avulla. Therefore, the agitator according to the invention is characterized by blade flow channels extending from the inside of the agitator 30 from the rotating shaft of the agitator to orifices located on the outside of the agitator in the direction of rotation .

Keksinnon edullisen sovelluksen mukaisesti laakerointielimiin kuuluu akselitappi, joka on keskei- 2 c. o 7 r.According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bearing members comprise a shaft pin which is central. o 7 r.
