Claims (9)
1. Anordning (10) avsedd att användas vid bestim-ning av nirvaron av en anlyt genom att använda ett spir-5 imne, som har ett speciellt mirkimne i partikelform, kinnetecknad därav, att den omfattar: en porös bärare (11), som bestir av nitrocellulose, och vars porstorlek är 3 - 5 pm, och som har en Övre och en nedre yta samt ett testomride (18) pi sin Övre 10 yta; ett bindemedel sikert fist vid testomridet (18); ett absorberande lager (14) i flytande kontakt med den porösa biraren (11); samt ett strömningskontrollskikt (12), som ir en ej fi-15 beraktig, ensriktad, strömningskontrollerande membran, beligen mellan den nedre ytan hos den porösa biraren (11) och det absorberande skiktet (14); samt dirav, att porstorleken hos den porösa biraren (11) ir till-ricklig för att tillita passage av vitska och av den ej 20 specifikt till testomridet (18) bundna analyten och spir- imnet dirigenom, biraren (11) ej specifikt binder spirimnet, ytan hos testomridet (18) ir tillrickligt stor för att fista bindemedlet i en koncentration, vid vilken det 25 till testomridet (18) under testförhillandena specifikt bundna spirimnet ir synligt och porstorleken hos strömningskontrollskiktet (12) ir mindre in porstorleken hos den porösa biraren (11) och tillrickligt stor för att tillita passage av vitska och 30 till testomridet (18) ej specifikt bunden analyt och spirimne med kontrollerad hastighet, den porösa biraren (11) och det absorberande skiktet (14) fungerar tillsammans kontrollerande strömningen ., av reagenser genom den porösa biraren (11) och för att fi 35 vitskorna och den till testomridet (18) ej specifikt t II 92353 33 bundna analyten och spärämnet till det absorberande skik-tet (14).

4. Testförpackning, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en anordning (10) enligt patentkrav 1, och ett spärämne, som har ett speciellt märkämne 20. partikelform som är synligt dä spärämnet är bundet tili testomrädet (18) under testförhällandena.
5. Testförpackning enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad därav, att spärämnet är ett specifikt bin-dande ämne tili vilket är kopplat ett i partikelform va- 25 rande märkämne och det i partikelform varande märkämnet är en päse innehällande ett färgat ämne.
6. Testförpackning enligt patentkrav 5, känne- . t e c k n a d därav, att det i partikelform varande mär- '· kämnet är en liposom och det färgade ämnet är sulforod- 30 amin B.
7.
