Claims (6)

1. In situ -metod f6r kvantitativ eller kvalitativ bestamning av ett biologiskt Mmne med hjalp av en biospecifik bindningsreaktion, varvid ett reagens, som Mr markt med ett fotoluminescerande metalloporfyrin antingen 5 kovalent eller indirekt med hjMlp av till reagenset kopplade brobildande antikroppar, varvid namnda reagens omsattes med det biologiska reagerande Mmnet kannetecknad darav, att mMtningen av fotoluminescensemissionen utfors på en yta under fdrhållanden, som ar Mgnade att minska både a) 10 frigdringen av det fotoluminescerande markningsMmnet eller av reagenset mMrkt med det fotoluminescerande markningsMmnet och b) utslMckningen av det fotoluminescerande metalloporfyrinmårkningsMmnet, varvid matningen utfors antingen 15 - i ett torrt prov, eller - under en vattenhaltig detergentlosning, från vilken syre avlagsnats, eller - i ett polymeriserande vattenfritt tackmaterial.
2. Metod enligt patentkravet 1 kMnnetecknad darav, att man 20 anvander ett fosforescerande metalloporfyrin.
3. Metod enligt något av patentkraven 1-2 kannetecknad dårav, att den i metalloporfyrinet befintliga kelaterade metallen har utvalts från en grupp i vilken ingår Pd, Pt, Y, Lu, Sn, Zn, Al eller Yb.
4. Metod enligt något av patentkraven 1-3 kannetecknad darav, att den biospecifika bindningsreaktionen a) baserar sig på antikroppar, b) ar en receptorbindningsbestamning eller c) Mr en bestamning som grundar sig på DNA- eller RNA-prober.
5. Metod enligt något av patentkraven 1-4 kannetecknad dSrav, att ytan ar en inom immunbestamnig anvånd plastyta, ett inom immunbestMmning eller DNA-proberbestamning anvant 91449 membran eller filter, en våvnadssnitsel eller en cellyta.
