Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av havresirap, vil-ken innehäller ca 65 - 90 % kolhydrater och ca 2 - 10 % 5 näringsfibrer, med hjälp av enzymatisk hydrolys, varvid havremjöl överförs i flytande form med a-amylas och för-sockras med β-amylas och/eller glukoamylas, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att näringsfiberpolymererna delvis spjälks antingen samtidigt med eller efter ovannämnda hyd-10 rolys under användning av ett eller flera enzymer med glu-kanas- och/eller pentosanasaktivitet, blandningen som bil-dats fraktioneras i vattenlösning, sirapfraktionen tillva-ratas, koncentreras och om sä önskas renas vidare.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-15 tecknat därav, att man vid fraktioneringen separe- rar en fiberfraktion, en proteinfraktion och eventuellt ocksä andra fraktioner.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, känne-tecknat därav, att fiberfraktionen separeras genom 20 sällning eller dekantering.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att proteinfraktionen separeras genom separering.
5. Användning av havresirap framställd enligt pa-25 tentkravet 1 som tillsatsmedel för bageriprodukter.
