Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en vattenlösning av en suckinoglukanpolysackarid, vilket omfattar aerob 5 fermentation av en assimilerbar kolhydratkälla med hjälp av en polysackaridproducerande mikroorganism av arten Ag-robacterium radiobacter i ett vattenhaltigt näringsmedium, kännetecknat därav, att man tillsätter cellules i fermentationsspadet. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne tecknat därav, att 0,01 - 0,2 gl"1 cellulas till-sätts i fermentationsspadet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att 0,05 - 0,2 gl'1 cellulas till- 15 sätts i fermentationsspadet.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att mikroorganismen är Agrobacterium radiobacter NCIB 11883.
5. Användning av en vattenlösning av en suckinoglu- 20 kanpolysackarid som erhällits med ett förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 4 i vattenhaltiga vätskedeplace-mentlösningar i ett effektiverat förfarande för utvinning av oija. Il
