1. FÖrfarande för frametäilning av psykotropiska acykllska amidderlvat med formeln I och farmaceutlskt 5 godtagbara syraaddltionssalter därav, r-H° N-(CH2)4-N n-z
10. N—/ (I) där R är vald frän gruppen, som omfattar C4_e-alkyl-, 15 -alkenyl och -cykloalkylmetyl, samt C8_9-bicyklokolväte-grupper, som har strukturen cr där A är metylen eller etylen och den fulia linjen med den intilliggande streckade linjen är en enkel eller dub-. . bel kovalent blndnlng; och
25 Z är ett heterocykllskt ringsystem, som är vald frän gruppen, vilken omfattar pyrimidin, 1,2-bensisoti-azol , tieno[3,2-c]pyridin och furo[3,2-c]pyridin, k ä n-netecknat därav, att en förening, som har formeln III, omsätts med en förening, som har formeln II, 30 CH- /-v 13. x R-C-N-(CH2)4-Br HN N-Z 0 '-' V : 35 (III) (II) där R och Z är ovan definierade. 3991 5
