Claims (5)

1. Menetelmä sellaisten sulfidipitoisten malmien tai malmirikasteiden pasuttamiseksi, jotka sisältävät sekä 5 jalometalleja, jotka myöhemmässä prosessivaiheessa otetaan talteen, että jotakin epäpuhtautta, kuten arsenikkia, jolloin - sulfidipitoinen malmi tai malmirikaste ja rikkidioksidia sitova kalkkipitoinen aine syötetään pasutusuuniin, 10. pasutusuunia jäähdytetään suihkuttamalla siihen jääh dytysvettä, - rikkidioksidi saatetaan reagoimaan rikkiä sitovan aineen kanssa ja - näin syntyvä kalsiumsulfaatti ja pasutuksessa syntyvä 15 pasutustuote poistetaan uunista tunnettu siitä, että kalkkipitoinen aine syötetään pasutusuunin jäähdytysveteen ja jäähdytysvesi syötetään reaktiivisena kalkkipitoisena vesilietteenä pasutusuuniin jäähdyttämään 20 pasutusuuni ja reagoimaan pasutusuunissa muodostuvien rikkidioksidien kanssa muodostaen kalsiumsulfaattia.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kalkkipitoinen vesiliete on kalsiumhydrok- 25 sidilietettä.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kalkkipitoinen vesiliete saatetaan reagoimaan malmista pasutuksessa vapautuvien yhdisteiden, kuten 30 arsenikin, kanssa muodostaen kalsiumarsenaattia.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sulfidipitoinen malmi pasutetaan 600 - 850°C lämpötilassa. 35
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sulfidipitoinen malmi pasutetaan 650 - 750°C lämpötilassa.
