Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för behandling av majsblötningsvat-ten för produktion av en förbättrad fermentationsnärings- 5 lösning, kännetecknat därav, att a) vattnet separeras frän majsen, b) vattnets pH regleras tili en början tili ca 3,5, cl) majsblötningsvattnet hälls vid en temperatur 10 av 40 - 48 °C i upp tili 48 timmar för utveckling av en processbiomassa, c2) majsblötningsvattnet inmatas kontinuerligt med en sädan hastighet, att residenstiden är 6 - 48 timmar, tili kontakt med biomassan vid en temperatur av 40 - 48° 15 C under det att blötningsvattnets pH regleras tili ett värde av minst 3,5 ätminstone i det första steget av den kontinuerliga operationen, och d) majsblötningsvattnet separeras frän biomassan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -20 tecknat därav, att vattnet i steg c2) hälls i kontakt med processbiomassan under en tid av 6 - 15 timmar.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att temperaturen i steg cl) och/eller steg c2) är 45 - 48 °C. 25
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att pH i steg c2) är 3,75 - 4,5.
