Claims (6)

1. Metod för hydratisering av nitrilförening med hjälp av nitri-lasens, som produceras av bakterier, verksainhet för att omvandla nitrilföreningen tili motsvarande amidförening, vilken metod omfattar utförandet av reaktionen i förh&llanden där: (a) nitrilas, som produceras av bakterien förekommer i form av krossade celler av bakterien eller som intracellulär substans erh&llen ur bakterien, känneteck- n a d av att (b) nitrilasen som produceras av bakterien till&ts motta en ljusenergiraängd som motsvarar minst ca 10 ^»E/g mikrob-celler innan hydratiseringsreaktionen avslutas, och (c) hydratiseringsreaktionen görs i kari, som ätminstone delvis bestär av material, som inte till&ter transmission av ljus genom sig.
2. Metod enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknadav att ljusets v&glängd är ca 100 - 1000 nm.
3. Metod enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknadav att ljusenergin är minst 20 E/g bakterieceller.
