Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för att tillverka ett fiberlindat vindturbinsblad, kännetecknat därav, att man vid förfarandet bestämmer en yta som representerar en lindningsdorn, bestämmer ett flertal stringers pä nämnda yta, av vilka var och en är väsentligen i samma riktnlng som den axel kring vilken ytan lindas, bestämmer ett flertal stationer pk ytan, av vilka var och en är väsentligen vinkelrätt mot nämnda stringers, varvid skärningspunkten me11an varje stringer och station bestämmer ett rutsystem av ett stort antal koordinatpunkter, och för varje koordinatpunkt: bestäms höjden pä koordinatpunkten frän lindningsaxeln, väljes en första punkt pä ytan pä stringern eller stationen, som llgger pä ena sidan av den bredvidliggande koordinatpunkten och en andra punkt pä ytan pä stringern eller stationen som är pä den mot-satta sidan av den bredvidliggande nämnda koordinatpunkten, bestäms närvaron av en konkav del av ytan genom att jämföra höjden pä koordinatpunkten frän lidningsaxeln med höjden av en raklinje som förenar de tvä valda punkterna frän lindningsaxeln, varvid ytan är konkav mellan de valda punkterna dä höjden pä koordinatpunkten frän lindningsaxeln är mindre än höjden pä nämnda linje som förenar nämnda valda punkter frän lindningsaxeln, alla de bestämda konkaviteterna korrigeras genom att reglera höjden pä koordinatpunkten frän lindningsaxeln pä sädant sätt, att den blir väsentligen lika stor eller större än höjden pä linjen frän lindningsaxeln, man bildar en dorn, vars yta svarar mot den korrigerade ytan och 20 82296 lindar fiberämne kring dornen, genom att därmed bilda nämnda fiber-lindade blad.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att innan dornen byggs upp bestänuner man om höjden pä nägon av koordinat-punkterna stigit och om höjden pä nägon av koordinatspunkterna stigit, väljer man igen en första och andra punkt för var och en sädan koordi-natpunkt och bestänuner för var och en sadan koordinatpunkt närvaron av en konkava del pä ytan och ändrar höjden pä var och en sädan koordinatpunkt för vilken en konkav del bestämts.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, där det existerar flera fiberlindningsväggar, kännetecknat därav, att man för var och en koordinatpunkt bestämmer närvaron av en konkav del pä ytan i var och en fiberlindningsväg och ändrar höjden pä var och en vald koordinatpunkt, om det finns en konkav yta i nägon av fiberlindningsvägarna.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1,2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att 1 bestämningen av flera stringers ingär bestämning av flera pian, av vilka pian var och en innehäller lindningsaxeln, varvid skär-ningspunkten av nämnda pian och yta definierar nämnda stringers.
