Claims (10)
1. Expanderbar locksvetsningskolv (4) innefattande tv! kolvdelar, nämligen en fonnningsdel (8;8') och en expansionsdel (9;9*), vilka är 5 axiellt rorliga i förhallande till varandra och där expansionsdelen (9;9 *) star till förfogande for inställning av omkretsutvidgningen av kolvdelen (4), da bägge tva av nämnda delar förs samman, varvid expansionsdelen (9;9') innefattar en expansionsskiva (19;19’) gjord av formföränderligt material, varvid formningsdelen (8;8*) innefattar en 10 bottenskiva (16;27), vars Övre yta stöder och styr atminstone en del av expansionsskivans (19;19’) bottenyta, och där den yttre omkretsytan av bottenskivan (16;27) har sarnma form som den yttre omkretsytan av expan-sionsskivan (19;19*), kännetecknad därav, att formen pa expansionsskivan (19;19’) normalt är koppformig, att storleken pa 15 bottenskivan (16;27) svarar mot atminstone den yttre omkretsytan av expansionsskivan (19;19') normalt och att formnings- och expansions-delarna (8,9;8',9') är anordnade pa sldant satt, att den axiella rörelsen av dessa delar mot varandra förorsakar en tillplattning av expansionsskivan (19;19') fran koppformen pa sadant sätt, att dess 20 yttre omkretskant sträcker sig över omkretsen av bottenskivan.
1 Patentkrav
2. Presskolv enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att presskolven (4) och expansiosskivan (19) till formen är runda, ovala eller forsedda med vilket avrundat tvärsnitt som heist, eller att deras 25 tvärsnitt är kvadratformigt, rektangelformigt eller p! annat sätt polygon-formigt försett med avrundade kanter eller utan dessa.
3. Presskolv enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att expansionsskivan (19; 19') Mr tvangstyrd vid rörelse saväl 30 som radiellt ut utanför formningsdelens (8) periferi som radiellt till-baka innanfor formningsdelens (8) periferi.
4. Presskolv enligt vilket som heist av de fSregaende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att expansionsskivan (19) eller den 35 bredvid dess yttre omkretskant liggande delen har en huvudsakligen enhetlig tjocklek, och att nämnda skiva är tillverkad av gummi, plast, förstärkt gummi eller plast, eller metall. is 81538

Presskolv enligt vilket som heist av de föregaende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att den i sitt viloläge koppformiga expansiosskivan (19) fungerar tillsammans med en stödsklva (21), som stöder expansiosskivan (19) under den inbördes axiella förskjutningen av 20 formningsdelen (8) och expansiosdelen (9).

Presskolv enligt patentkravet 7, vars tvärsnitt icke är rundcylinder-formigt, kännetecknad därav, att stödskivan (21) har huvud-sakligen samma form som presskolven, varvid den dock är mindre än press- 25 kolven, och att expansiosskivan (19) är fastmonterad vid den yttre kanten av stödskivan (21) eller i dess närhet.

Presskolv enligt patentkravet 7 eller 8, kännetecknad därav, att expanslonsskivan (19') är fäst melian en övre och en undre 30 stödsklva (22,23), vilka bildar ett nedat och utlt giende anslagsspar försett med en ansats (24) för expansiosskivan (19') och bildar den koppformiga expanslonsskivan (19') da ett platt expansiosskiveämne är fäst mellan nämnda stödskivor.
10. Presskolv enligt patentkravet 9, kännetecknad därav, att ansatsen (24) pa stödskivan eller -skivorna har ett större yttre matt (diameter) än anslutnlngshalet i den i viloläge varande, av elastiskt material tillverkade expanslonsskivan (19').
