Claims (4)

1. Frekvensomformare med en höginställningsställare, vilken uppvisar en via en laddningsdiod (D) och en ladd- 5 ningsdrossel (L) till en likspänningskälla (G) ansluten laddningskondensator (C), en laddningsomkopplare (T2.1), vilken medelst en styrkrets sluts periodiskt med ett av ett styrvärde beroende funktionsförhällande (V) och där-igenom kopplar laddningsdrosseln (L) tili likspänningskäl-10 lan (G), och med en av laddningskondensatorn (C) matad växelriktare med tvä växelvis päkopplade omkopplare (Tl, T3), vilka ligger seriekopplade parallellt med laddningskondensatorn (C), varvid styrkretsen för laddningsomkopp-laren synkroniserats medelst fyrkantspänningen pä ena om-15 kopplare (Tl, T3) i växelriktaren pä sädant sätt, att ladd-nlngsomkopplaren (T2.1) sluts vid öppnandet av nämnda ena omkopplare (Tl) och öppnas efter en genom laddandet av ett fördröjningsminne (C6) tili tröskelvärdet bestämd tid (TL), och varvid urladdningskretsen i fördröjningsminnet (C6) 20 leds via nämnda ena omkopplare (Tl) hos växelriktaren, kännetecknad därav, att laddningskopplaren är en effekt-MOS-transistor (T2.1), vars styrelektrod och andra elektrod ä ena sidan ligger parallell med en styrbar omkopplare (T8) och & andra sidan bildar en seriekoppling 25 med en kondensator (C7), vilken seriekoppling ligger parallell med växelriktarens omkopplare (Tl), vilken även anord-nats i urladdningskretsen av fördröjningsminnet (C6), och att den styrbara omkopplaren (T8) styrs i beroende av spän-ningen i fördröjningsminnet (C6) medelst en tröskeldel (D3) 30 i slutande ställning.
2. Frekvensomformare enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att kondensatorn (C7) för sty-rande av MOS-effekttransistorn (T2.1) dlmenslonerats sä, att en tillräckligt snabb uppladdning av kapaciteten i M0S- 35 transistorn garanteras.
