Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för kvantitativ bestämning av hemoglobinhal-ten i ett biologiskt material, sasom avföring, urin eller magsaft, vilket förfarande omfattar framställning av ett testprov av det nämnda biologiska materialet, 17 7 6 4 3 4 omvandling av hemoglobinet i det nämnda testprovet till porfyrin, och bestämning av porfyrinhalten härstammande fran hemoglobinet i det nämnda testprovet, kännetecknat därav, att före bestämning av porfyrinhalten de fran hemoglobinet härstammande porfyri-nerna skiljs genom extrahering fran olika föroreningar i testprovet, vilket extraktionsförfarande omfattar följande tre extraktionssteg: 1. tillsättning av ett organiskt lösningsmedel, som är effektivt för att skilja de frän hemoglobinet härstammande porfyrinerna fran järn, 2. kombinering av testprovet med ett extraktionsrea-gens, som omfattar ett ett lösligt sait innehallande alka-liskt lösningsmedel, som är effektivt för att skilja de fran hemoglobinet härstammande porfyrinerna fran i naturen förekommande porfyriner och 3. tillsättning av en stark syra, som är effektiv för att skilja de fran hemoglobinet härstammande porfyrinerna fran klorofyll.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att steget 2) omfattar kombinering av butyl-alkohol med testprovet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att det alkaliska lösningsmedlet innehaller kaliumhydroxid, och det lösliga saltet innehaller kalium-acetat.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att det i steget 1) använda organiska lösningsmedlet är etylacetat, butylalkohol, amylalkohol, klo-roform, perkloretylen, koltetraklorid, cyklohexanon, tri-butylfosfat, toluen, ättiksyra eller etylendiklorid.
