Claims (12)
1. Plast/metall-laminat, som är fast vid en ole-finpolymer och som omfattar minst ett metallunderlag, vid 5 vilket ätminstone pä den ena ytan direkt fasts en plast-belaggning i flera skikt omfattande ett första termoplas-tiskt polymerskikt, som utgörs av en slumpkopolymer av etylen och en etyleniskt omättad karboxylsyramonomer, var-vid det första skiktet direkt fästs vid metallunderlaget, 10 kännetecknat därav, att plastbeläggningen dessutom omfattar ett andra termoplastiskt polymerskikt bestäende av en polymerblanding, som innehäller en slumpkopolymer, där huvuddelen utgörs av etylen och en mindre del av minst en etyleniskt omättad karboxylsyramonomer; 15 och ett etylenpolymerharts bestäende av minst en homopolymer eller kopolymer av etylen, som är annan än en slumpkopolymer av etylen och en etyleniskt omättad korboxylsy-ramonomer, varvid det andra polymerskiktet direkt fästs vid den i förhällande tili metallunderlaget motstäende 20 ytan av det första polymerskiktet, och att det andra av polymerblandningen utgörande skikt bildar ett vidhäftan-de skikt mellan det första skiktet och olefinskiktet, varvid olefinskiktet bestär av en etylenhomopolymer eller en kopolymer, där huvuddelen utgörs av etylen och en mind-25 re del utgörs av en med etylen polymeriserbar komonomer, och varvid det av polymerblandningen utgörande andra skiktet ästadkommer en större 90°:s avskalningsadhesion mellan det första polymerskiktet och olefinpolymerskiktet, mätt vid -12°C eller 71°C, än vad som erhälls genom att fästa 30 det första polymerskiktet och olefinskiktet direkt vid varandra.
2. Laminat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att metallunderlaget är av stäl, aluminium eller koppar med en tjocklek av 0,005 - 0,64 mm.
3. Laminat enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att slumpkopolymeren i det första skiktet och det andra skiktet innehäller i ko- polymeriserad form 1-30 vikt-% etyleniskt omättad karb-oxylsyra. 32 76284
4. Laminat enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att etylenpolymerharts-komponenten i det andra skiktet är en LD-polyetylenkopo-lymer av etylen med en mindre de av minst en C&~ 5 olefin eller en olefinpolymer, som är ymppolymeriserad med minst en etyleniskt omättad karboxylsyra eller an-hydrid.
5. Laminat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att etylenpolymerhartset i polymer- 10 blandningen, som bildar det andra skiktet, är LD-, MD-eller HD-polyetylen.
6. Laminat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att etylenpolymerhartset i poly-merblandningen, som bildar det andra skiktet, är en ko- 15 polymer, där huvuddelen utgörs av etylen och en mindre del utgörs av en etyleniskt omättad estermonomer.
7. Laminat enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att etylenpolymerhartset i poly-merblandningen, som bildar det andra skiktet, är en med 20 akrylsyra eller maleinsyraanhydrid ympmodifierad homo- polymer av etylen eller en kopolymer, där huvuddelen utgörs av nämnda modifierade homopolymer och en mindre del utgörs av en med denna kopolymeriserbar monomer.
8. Laminat enligt patentkravet 1, känne- 25 tecknat därav, att metallunderlaget pä den ena sidan har nämnda termoplastiska polymerbeläggning i tvä skikt och pä den andra sidan en direkt fäst beläggning i ett skikt, som utgörs av en slumpkopolymer av etylen med en mindre del etyleniskt omättad karboxylsyra.
9. Laminat enligt patentkravet 8, känne tecknat därav, att bäde beläggningen i flera skikt och beläggningen i ett skikt har en tjocklek av 0,0025 - 0,254 mm.
10. Laminat enligt patentkravet 8 eller 9, k ä n- 35 netecknat därav, att avskalningshällfastheten mellan gränsytorna av det första slumpkopolymerskiktet och olefinpolymerskiktet är över 0,89 kg/cm brett av provet vid en temperatur av -12°C efter äldring och över
